Returns & Refund Policy

If  you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 28 days returns policy. Products must be unworn / unused in original packaging, with tags and labels still attached.

How do Returns Work?

​

  • Send an email to info@aceattire.co.uk outlining the reason for return and we will provide you with a return label you can print out and take to your local post office.

  • Once we have received the return and confirmed it meets our return criteria your refund will be processed and funds returned to your original payment method.

Please note

  • Shipping costs are non refundable (unless related to a faulty good) 

  • The cost for returning an item will be deducted from your refund

Damaged Items

​

​If your order arrives damaged please inform us immediately so we can contact the delivery service and replace your order.

If the items(s) is, are faulty you should contact us within 7 days of receipt - we can only accept a claim of damaged/faulty items if their are unworn/unwashed/unused  with tags and labels still attached, 

We can not accept claims for items that have been damaged whilst being laundered or used.

Custom & Personalised 

​

All custom and Personalised and DTF / Sticker prints items are excluded from our returns/refund policy unless there is an error in the production, in which case there will be no charge for the returned item.
